Lump in right chest for 8 years?

i have a lump in my right chest from quiet long time( 8 years), but last 2 years it incresing slowly, my age is 29 years old, my harmone level is normal and i have also done fnac . all are fine , nothing comes in in two tested, my physian told me its nothing, but i want to remove it without surgery any idea medicine or exercise for that ???
