Whats the best way to tan fast naturally outside?

Australian Gold spray gel SPF 15 with instant bronzer work really great, I like it better than Hawaiian Tropic tanning oil and it smells much better. I use it and it makes me really dark. If you're more fair skinned, you should probably use the SPF 30 one.
