My clitoris hangs low?

It's really weird because its noticeable and it looks strange and its like red all the time. It makes me scared that no guy will want to have sex with me. I don't want surgery and is there anything i can do rather than going to the doctor but they said it would correct itself which i doubt because its been like this for 7 years. HELP ME!!!
