How long should I tan via sunlight?

I am thirteen and blonde pale and want my legs to be tan so I can tan how long should I tan with sunscreen and Hawaiian tropic dark tanning oil I really want to be tan so I can wear short shorts and I don't care about skin cancer or aging skin don't even bother I don't care so thanks
