I got a pretty nasty sunburn yesterday...any tips to prevent peeling and help the healing process?

Now before everyone starts freaking out and saying it's my own fault, I wasn't trying to get a tan. I was working a carnival to raise money for cancer research. The worst of the burn is my face and chest, though my arms below the elbow and my thighs are pretty bad too. The problem is, I swim on a year round team and we start practicing outside tomorrow after being indoor all year. I don't want to burn more or make anything worse. I have 100% Aloe Vera gel, Vitamin E capsules, Hawaiian Tropic Aloe with Lidocaine, Cider vinegar, lotion with cocoa butter, oatmeal lotion, and lotion with vitamin E. It's too overwhelming, I don't know what I should use and how. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!!
